Nilay Özenbay

Nilay Özenbay was born in Istanbul. She studied Visual Arts in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Işık University. She worked sculpture with sculptor İrfan Korkmazlar in 1997-2004. In 2004-2006 she pursued her study in sculpture with Prof. Ziyaeddin Nuriev at the Zeynep Art Workshop. In 2008 Özenbay attended the workshop at the New York School of Visual Arts. In 2010 she studied design at Yunus Tonkuş′s workshop. In 2011-2012 she made sculpture at the workshop of sculptors such as Hüseyin Alpaslan and Ertuğ Atlı. Özenbay currently continues her work at her studio in Istanbul.
