Ozan Oganer was born in Izmir in 1973. He graduated from the Sculpture Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University in 2002. Following a six month residency at Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris at the invitation of SIMIT, and under the sponsorship of Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (IKSV), Oganer had two solo exhibitions entitled “Secret Garden” with Bahar Oganer at AlanIstanbul Tünel in Istanbul. He had his second solo exhibition at Ilayda Art Gallery in Istanbul in 2011. His works can be seen in private and public institutions collections such as Istanbul Modern Museum of Art.
