Ercan Akçetin

Ercan Akçetin was born in Balikesir in 1956. He graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University in 1984. From 1980 to 1981, he stayed in Berlin and researched paintings in museums. In 1990, Akçetin had his first solo exhibition. Since then, he has held solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions. Akçetin currently lives and works at his own workshop in Istanbul.
