Metin Asağ

Metin Asağ was born in Muradiye in 1973. He studied at the Department of Philosophy of Middle East Technical University. After graduating from the Department of Public Administration at Uludağ University, he completed his master’s degree at Newport University. Asağ started painting in his childhood. Since 1996, he has painted professionally. He has had many solo exhibitions and has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. In 2009, he had his exhibition “Turkey and Wonders” in Paris on the anniversary of Turkish Year in France. His works can be seen in various galleries and private collections in Europe, the US, India, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Russia and Canada. Currently, Asağ continues to work in Istanbul.
