Mustafa Ata

Mustafa Ata was born in Trabzon in 1945. He graduated from the Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts, Adnan Çoker studio in 1971. He went to Germany to research during 1980-1981. His first solo exhibition was held in Istanbul in 1971. He has had 22 solo exhibitions both in Turkey and abroad. Ata participated in national, international group exhibitions and biennials, and has won 11 awards. Currently he teaches at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Yeditepe University.
