Nuri Kuzucan

Nuri Kuzucan was born in Zara, Sivas in 1971. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Art of Mimar Sinan University in 1998 and continued toward his Master′s degree in the Social Sciences at his alma mater between 1998 and 2001. He was also a lecturer in the Fine Art Faculty of his alma mater. Kuzucan has actively been exhibiting his works in group exhibitions since 1993, launched by a group exhibition organized by Mimar Sinan University and Marmara University. Since then, he has participated in group exhibitions regularly. In 2004 the Gallery X-ist coordinated his first solo exhibition ?Open Space?, after which they held two more solo exhibitions: ?Traffic? (2006) and ?Are you happy?? (2008). Kuzucan currently teaches at Yeditepe University, Fine Arts Faculty.
