Olçay Kuş was born in Izmir in 1985. She graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University in 2003. She has held several solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions in Izmir and Istanbul. In 2005, she received an honor award in the Izmir Narludere Municipality Painting Competition. In 2010, she won a Konak Municipality Prize in the Turgut Pura Foundation 29th Painting and Sculpture Competition. In 2011, she attended Casa Dell′Arte Residency Program in Bodrum, Turkey. Kuş currently lives and works in Istanbul.
