Resul Aytemür

Resul Aytemür was born in Malatya in 1951. He graduated from the Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts in 1978. Since 1980 Aytemür has participated in numerous group exhibitions and art fairs in Turkey. He has also held many solo exhibitions in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. In 1990, he won a first prize in the Second Painting Competition, organized by the Turkish Jokey Club. In the same year, he received another first prize in the Tekel Traditional Painting Competition. Aytemür currently continues his work in Istanbul.
