Şenol Yorozlu

Şenol Yorozlu was born in Trabzon in 1950. He studied painting at the Painting Department of the Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts with Prof. Neşat Günal frın 1973 to 1978. He also drew caricatures for the journals such as Akbaba, Pardon, Ustura and Gırgır. He held his first solo exhibition in 1978. Since then Yorozlu has held many solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions, art fairs and biennials in Turkey and abroad. He has received nine awards including the "Artist of the Year" award (the Ankara Art Association, 1985). His works can be seen in national and international public and private collections. Yorozlu currently continues his work in Istanbul and Izmir.
