Art Profile	:	Serdar Okan was born in Samsun in 1958. He graduated from the Painting Departrment in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University. He also studied painting restoration and received a certification in 1984. Okan has participated in many group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad.
