Serpil Kar

Serpil Kar was born in Zonguldak. She graduated from the Department of Painting-Work Education in the Faculty of Education at Uludağ University in 1986. She has held many solo paining exhibitions and participated in numerous group paintings and caricature exhibitions. Kar has received awards for her works. She is a member of the Caricature Association in Istanbul. She served as a jury member in the 5th International Turhan Seçuk Competition. Kar currently lives and teaches painting at her workshop in Adana.
