Tezcan Sağlam

Tezcan Sağlam was born in Istanbul in 1936. He finished primary and middle school in Istanbul. In 1968, he graduated from the Department of Architecture at Stuttgart Technical University. In 1971, Sağlam began working as an assistant at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of Istanbul Technical University. In 1983, he started teaching watercolor painting and graphic art at Istanbul Technical University until retiring in 1997. Sağlam continues to paint in Istanbul and Kuşadası.
