Yuşa Yalçıntaş was born in Istanbul in 1985. He graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Marmara University in 2011. He studied as an erasmus student at the Printmaking Department of the Kuvataideakatemia in Helsinki in 2010. He has participated in many exhibitions including "Nevgeneration: Amusement Park," Gallery Nev Ankara (2015) "Young Collectors," Elgiz Museum, Istanbul (2014); "by Marcus Graf," Papko Art Center, Istanbul (2014); "Başıbozuk," with C.M. Kösemen and Deniz Üster, The Empire Project, Istanbul (2013); "Dialog: Art from Turkey," Viennafair (2012); "Borders Orbits 09," Siemes Sanat, Istanbul (2011); "Helsinki Connection," La Catedral Studios, Dublin (2011); "Destroy Istanbul," Neurotitan Gallery, Berlin (2011); and "Boundaries," Kuvataideakatemia, Helsinki (2010). Yalçıntaş currently lives and works in Istanbul.
