Ziya Tacir

Ziya Tacir was born in Istanbul in 1968. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at Istanbul Technical University in 1988. In 1991, he received an MBA degree in Business Management from the Saint Marys College of California. Besides being a successful businessman, Tacir is a photographer. He started his photographic career in 1999, and specialized in architectural photography taking pictures of the outside and inside of famous architectural buildings as well as scenes from metropolitan life and industrial production plants. In 2011, he had his solo exhibition "Bomonti" at the Gallery Merkur. Currently, Tacir lives and works in Istanbul.
