Bülent Demirağ was born in Ankara in 1959. He graduated from the Painting Department of Istanbul Atatürk Education Institution in 1981. After that, he worked with Art Ringher and Ethien Asta in Zurich, and participated in the ice-sculpture sessions in Davos. In 1995, Demirağ entered the Sculpture Department of Marmara University and graduated from there in 1999 with the honor degree. He has had many solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions. His works can be seen in many private collections both in Turkey and abroad, mainly the USA, England, Netherlands and Switzerland.
