Ceylan Öztürk was born in Ankara in 1984. After graduating from the Department of Sculpture in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Anadolu University in 2006, she continued her master’s degree at her alma mater. Since 2012, she has pursued her doctoral degree, proficiency in Art, at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. She also studied at Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. Öztürk has had several solo exhibitions and has participated in many group exhibitions and conferences in Turkey and abroad. In 2013, she visited Museum of Ideas in Lviv as a residency program with a support of the Turkish Cultural Foundation. Currently, Öztürk continues her work in Eskişehir.
