Serdar Kaynak was born in Çorum in 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of Sculpture at Anadolu University in 2001. In 2002, he worked as an assistant of Ivane Malkhaz Yeziskadze in the Hüseyin Gezer II. International Stone and Concrete Sculpture Symposium, which was held in Mersin. In 2004, Kaynak worked as an assistant of Nurbie Uz for the monument implementation of martyr pilot Cengiz Topel in Eskişehir. Kaynak has implemented many sculpture projects in different cities in Turkey. He has also participated in many sculpture symposiums, and received awards including a special prize in a branch of successful artists of the year, which was given by Çorum SIAD in 2008. His works can be seen in many public and private collections in Turkey. Currently, Kaynak continues his work in Çorum.
