Serdar Tekebaşoğlu was born in Hamburg in 1968. He studied in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Eskişehir Anadolu University between 1987 and 1992. He then continued his master’s degree at his alma mater between 1992 and 1994. Since 1990, Tekebaşoğlu has had many solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. Currently, Tekebaşoğlu continues to work at his workshop in Istanbul.
