Tolga Ulusoy was born in Çorum, Osmancık in 1983. He finished primary, middle and high school in Osmancık. In 2006, Ulusoy graduated from the Painting Department at Ondokuz Mayıs University in Samsun. Since then, he has made ceramic statues as a ceramist. Ulusoy has participated in many group exhibitions. In 2010, he had a sculpture workshop at the Topkapi Palace Museum and the Hagia Sophia Museum. In the same year, he served as a tutor and coordinator for the Ceramic Workshop Project within the Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture.
